The Royal Borough of Greenwich Public Health team is working with DG Cities, the council’s innovation company, to understand how digital exclusion is impacting the community. As part of this, DG Cities is conducting focus group discussions with members of the public to understand their barriers to getting online, and what they would like to see to help them get online. The outcomes of this research will allow DG Cities to implement interventions that will help promote digital inclusion.
